OUR TEAM

Erez Reiffenberg, Advocate and Notary – Owner
Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1995, Officer in military reserve duty

Education: Bachelor Degree (LLB), Master Degree (Magna Cum Laude) (LLM) in Commercial Law from Tel-Aviv University jointly with Berkeley University in California.

Fields of expertise: Advocate Erez Reiffenberg oversees all of the matters dealt with in the office and heads litigation.  Advocate Reiffenberg specializes in representation of companies and individuals with respect to routine legal consultation, legal proceedings, leading commercial negotiations and drafting of complex contracts.  Advocate Reiffenberg is an authorized notary and is authorized in handling continuing powers of attorney.

 

Special functions: Advocate Reiffenberg is a member of the International Society for Labor Law and Social Security and of the Committee of Labor Laws of the Israel Bar Association.  On behalf of the Administrator General and Official Receiver, Advocate Reiffenberg is frequently appointed as a ‘Special Administrator’ investigating debt claims of employees in liquidation processes and in respect to provident and pension funds.

Advocate Ora Levin Sela

Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1965

Education: Bachelor Degree (LLB) from the Faculty of Law in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Fields of expertise: Advocate Levin Sela is considered one of the veterans in the Branch of the Labor Laws in Israel, and managed numerous law cases in the field of the collective and the private labor law.

Advocate Levin Sela  has been an authorized mediator since 2006 and served, inter alia, as a senior mediator on behalf of the Labor Court.

Advocate Levin Sela served as an external supervisor for the inquiry of cases of sexual harassment in work places.

Today, Advocate Levin Sela holds a position of a professional consultant in the Office.

Ayelet Dagan-Zilber - Advocate

Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2009

Education: Bachelor Degree (LLB) from the Faculty of Law in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, graduate of a course for legal negotiations on behalf of the Israel Bar Association.

Fields of expertise: Advocate Dagan Zilber specializes in the field of labor laws with an emphasis on current consultation for employers and employees, including with respect to complex legal proceedings and litigation.

In the past, she served as an Emissary of the Jewish Agency for Israel as a coordinator of Israeli activities in United States under the Hillel International Organization as well as an assistant for the Spokeswoman of Courts Administration.

Liron Gridish - Advocate

Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2013

Education: Bachelor Degree (LLB) Master Degree (Magna Cum Laude) (LLM) in Commercial Law from Tel-Aviv University jointly with Berkeley University in California.

Fields of expertise: Advocate Liron Gridish specializes in the field of labor laws with an emphasis on current consultation for employers and employees, including with respect to complex legal proceedings and civil litigation.

Experience of employment: Advocate Gridish had his law internship at the District Labor Court under the Honorable Judge Miron Schwartz, and since then he has been mainly engaged in the field of labor laws.

Advocate Gridish has recently published an article in the field of labor laws – “Integration and Integrity – about the Encounter between Labor Laws and Debate Laws”, Volume D/3 (November) 2017, p. 11.
